The hotel is very nice, very big rooms and the people saying it smells like mold if you ever heard of a window you can open it and get the smell away. The staff are very helpful especially Fred and cândida. The breakfast could be a bit better but overall its good. You can't even hear your neighbours there is just a big gap under the front door.

Good hotel for a short stay if you are looking to visit the sanctuary as it’s only a couple of mins away from it. It’s very well located and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and the train station is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was okay and definitely could be better. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. It’s quite old, from the floorings, to the bed, the walls/paint. I wouldn’t say this is a 3 star hotel. The floors are uneven, as well as the doors so there are gaps between the two, which means you could hear everything from the hallway.

This is a very nice little hotel perfectly located adjacent to the Sanctuary in Lourdes. This hotel is located in the quieter of the two main hotel hubs of Lourdes. The hotel is charming, clean and has some original features. The beautiful solid wood staircase is a beautiful feature. The dining room could do with an overhaul, it could be updated and made a lot warmer and cosier. The staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. The food is great, the only down side for some guests (not for myself or my partner), there is no menu or food choices for meals, however I couldn't find fault with anything served. There is a nice little bar and lounge on the ground floor. This is a hotel I would recommend and also revisit without hesitation.

Very nice place with great and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and location is just great. Highly recommend to try option with meals. Everything is delicious and fresh.

This hotel is very a 3 minute walk to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The room is comfortable and clean but there is no air conditioning Breakfast is basic continental Breakfast and evening meal is good and for us no looking were to eat after a day out. Everything is quite old cutlery but service with smile every day a meal

Very nice hotel with excellent value for money and outstanding service. Nothing. Clean modern rooms with balcony. The owner will go an extra mile for whatever you need.
